Job Description
Maintain daily accounting entries (cash, bank, ledger)
Handle project billing, RA bills, and client invoicing
Manage vendor bills, verification, and payment processing
Track site expenses and project-wise costing
Perform bank reconciliation and fund tracking
Maintain GST, TDS, and statutory compliance records
Coordinate with purchase, project, and site teams
Prepare monthly MIS reports and project financial summaries
Follow up for client payments and outstanding receivables
Maintain proper documentation for audits
