Key Responsibilities:Drafting legal agreements including:

• Leave & License Agreements
• Sale Deeds / Gift Deeds / Release Deeds etc.
• Power of Attorney/Agreement For Sale etc.
• Development Agreements & MOUs etc.
• Managing registration procedures at Sub-Registrar and Deputy District Registrar (DDR) offices.
• Calculating and advising on Stamp Duty & Registration Charges as per Maharashtra Stamp Act and Ready Reckoner rates.
• Preparing e-Registration files and coordinating with clients for Aadhaar/biometric authentication.
• Attending Hearing in DDR, Society Registrar, and other Government or Non-Government office, court etc.
• Liaising with government departments for:
• Index II extraction
• DDR & adjudication procedures
• Handling legal verifications of property documents and title reports.
• Representing clients for document adjudication, deficiency hearings, and registration queries.

Skills & Competencies:Good understanding of property law and documentation

• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Experience with e-filing, IGR Maharashtra portal
• Ability to handle multiple cases/clients independently
• Working knowledge of Marathi and English (Reading & Drafting)
