What would you do? • Lead the design of end-to-end enterprise architecture with integrated AI/GenAI capabilities. • Translate functional business processes from Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Insurance domains into intelligent technical solutions. • Architect scalable agentic workflows to enable automation and self-service across operations. • Collaborate with business, functional, and engineering teams to align technology strategies with domain-specific goals. • Guide engineering teams through implementation, code reviews, and architectural best practices. • Mentor architects and developers, providing governance over technology standards. • Contribute to solutioning, RFP responses, and estimation in pre-sales activities. • Map business workflows to technical components and drive intelligent automation across the specified domains.
What are we looking for? • Over 18 years of industry experience with deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise solutions. • Strong techno-functional profile with hands-on leadership in AI/GenAI architectures. • Proven domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Insurance verticals. • Expertise in core technical skills: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), backend technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js), and architecture frameworks (Microservices, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, event-driven design). • Knowledge in data technologies including RDBMS, NoSQL, ETL pipelines, Data Lakes, and streaming. • Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure tools like CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Docker. • AI & GenAI expertise including LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel), architecting RAG solutions, intelligent agent design, AI Ops tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI), and understanding of model governance, bias detection, and compliance standards. • Strong functional knowledge of domain-specific processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, policy administration, claims processing
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Deliver enterprise-grade, AI-enabled, multi-tenant platforms and agentic solutions that drive digital transformation at scale. • Lead architecture design to ensure compliance, scalability, and performance of AI-driven systems. • Ensure alignment of technology strategies with business and domain-specific goals. • Provide technical leadership and governance including mentoring architects and developers. • Oversee the implementation of architectural best practices through collaboration with engineering teams. • Participate actively in pre-sales activities including solutioning, responding to RFPs, and project estimation. • Drive automation and self-service capabilities through intelligent agentic workflows. • Maintain domain expertise to correctly map business workflows into technical solutions across Finance & Accounting, HR, and Insurance industries.
