AM - Completion Engineering

Key Accountabilities, Dimensions and Deliverables:

Ensure that the Completion engineering and operations are designed, planned, and carried out in a safe manner and that well objectives are achieved on time. 

· Ensure that all Completion engineering and operations are planned and performed in compliance with the approved Adani Welspun Exploration Ltd (AWEL) Policies and standards. 

· Carry out the necessary engineering analysis and studies to assure that the well completion designs achieve the well objectives in the most efficient manner whilst ensuring that the risks of unplanned release of fluids from the well are ALARP. This includes but is not limited to sand face completion concept selection, design, tubing stress analysis, torque/drag/hydraulics, completion fluids etc.

 · Assist in the preparation of Technical Scopes of Work for completion services in line with the tendering strategy. 

· Assist in compilation of technical evaluation sheets of all Completion contracts. 

· Assist in CWOP meetings and provide engineering input for operational planning. 

· Assist in maintaining computer models of present and planned data to track and predict key Completion parameters. 

· Work as company completion representative on rig and coordinate with service providers for successful        execution of completion operations.

 · Compile well recaps including the Final Well Report and assist in organizing post well review meetings to ensure that key lessons learned are retained. 

· Assist in compilation of daily operational summary and maintain presentations for meetings. 

· Maintain well files and track performance in accordance with agreed formats. 

· Well versed with Completion software e.g., Landmark modules 

· Prepare well programs and technical documentation for completion operations.   

  · Compile completion engineering documentation needed for partner’s reviews, well examination, handover    and audit as required.    

· Coordinate with service providers for timely delivery of completion equipment and services. 

· Follow up the compliance with the statutory requirements, regulations, current norms, standards and rules. 

· Assist in carrying out risk assessment of each operation and communicate to relevant people.

 

· Relevant degree · 5 – 7 years relevant industry experience 

· Must have a working knowledge HSE MS 

· Must have IWCF Well Control Certification at Supervisor Level

Must: 5 -7 years of relevant work experience in Completion well planning, designing and well operations.

 Must have experience of OHGP and CHGP operations. 

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
