Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Knowledge about procurement process.

• Identify, create visibility, and drive actions risks associated with fulfilment of production requirements by closely working with suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and all relevant stakeholders.

• Regularly work with manufacturing team for proactive shortages, short cycle shipments as well as production demands and proactive material planning.
• Drive the inventory control of Raw materials, WIP and JIT as per inventory entitlement as well as ensure control over slow moving/Obsolescence as per inventory policy.
• Further, keep on optimizing inventory levels and meeting the inventory days target.
• Identify and manage bottleneck and capacity constraints and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely dispatch of vendor aid materials to subcontractors and timely receipts of finished materials, reduce vendor-aid inventory discrepancy by monthly reconciliation.
• Close coordination with the cross-functional team to meet the project schedule.
• Work closely with sourcing and Component development teams to ensure successful roll out of the new parts.
• Analysing daily/weekly shortages and plan action accordingly.
• Knowledge about EN Implementation.
• Monthly MRP runs, Communicate schedule changes to suppliers.
