Summary:
As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. The position demands a strategic approach to transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support enhanced business decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of analytical models that drive business value and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Strong capability in managing large-scale data integration and transformation processes.
- Ability to apply advanced data modeling techniques to support complex analytical requirements.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and platforms that enhance team productivity and project tracking.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
