Summary: As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights. Your typical day will involve leading a team to gather and analyze diverse client data, including customer information, financial metrics, operational details, and market trends. You will utilize a variety of analytical tools and techniques to derive both quantitative and qualitative insights that will enhance decision-making processes. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the data-driven strategies align with business objectives, ultimately driving improvements in performance and operational efficiency. Role Summary The OpenShift Administrator is responsible for deploying, managing, securing, and supporting Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environments to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of containerized applications. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters (on-prem). Manage cluster lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, scaling, and backups. Monitor cluster health, performance, and capacity troubleshoot and resolve issues. Configure networking, storage, and ingress/egress components within OpenShift. Implement security best practices including RBAC, secrets management, and compliance controls. Support CI/CD pipelines and enable application deployments on OpenShift. Integrate OpenShift with enterprise systems such as identity providers, logging, and monitoring tools. Provide operational support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) administration. Solid understanding of Kubernetes and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with Linux system administration. Knowledge of OpenShift networking (SDN/OVN), storage (CSI), and operators. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK). Familiarity with automation and scripting (Ansible, Bash, or similar). Preferred Qualifications Red Hat certifications (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE, EX280). Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-prem platforms like VMware/Nutanix. Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Argo CD, or Tekton. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 year full time education is required.
