Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Docker (Software), Microsoft SQL Server, Kubernetes.GitHub/
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with Deployment Strategies Blue-Green, Canary & others
- Good understanding of BigData Ecosystem including Cloudera components HDFS, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Yarn, Hive, Zookeeper, Flink , Ranger & ELK stack
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD workflows and using scripting languages (one or more languages, e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell)
- Hands-on experience with software deployment and orchestration technologies e.g., Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes & CloudFormation in production environments
- Hands-on experience with build & continuous services like Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus, Maven and Gradle



Additional Information:
- Up to 3 years of relevant experiences in DevOps, ideally in a banking environment and/or in big data development with CI/CD on Hadoop platform will be added advantage.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office. work from office 5 day from client office (Airoli)
- A 15 years full time education is required.
