Key Objective of the Job: -

• Manage the user access and control function for the entire group’s organization

(Based on the Segregation of Duties rule book and framework that has been defined for the organization)

• Ensure timely access provision to users
• Manage the production support for multiple applications / solutions
• Coordinate with technology partners for defect resolution
• Level1, Level 2 support to branches and simulating defects
• Manage frontline resources to support users at branches and offices
• Branch support – address IT related issues at branches and ensure satisfaction of users
• Manage the commissioning of scorecards and address any IT related issues pertaining to these scorecards

Major Deliverables: -

• Ensuring SLAs are maintained and improved
• Ensuring uptime of application

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate: -

• Graduate or IT engineers with specialized courses in Technology

Specialized job competencies: -

• Good communication skills
• People management skills
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices
• An aptitude to learn new areas and adapt them to the needs of the organization
• Ability to address and resolve user related IT issues – hands on capabilities

Other desired attributes:

• Keep abreast with latest trends in technology and tools and review the adoption of these to meet the organizations needs
