As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes. Your role will also include documenting findings and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing among team members, and continuously seeking ways to enhance system performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
- Strong understanding of log management and analysis.
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance tuning.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
