Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Role: L2 and L3 Support
Must work in shift B (14:30 PM – 23:30 PM IST). If needed, they have to support Shift C and Shift A.
Must have skill—Systemware ECM

Summary:
As an application support and development engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Systemware ECM
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with OpenText Documentum or Enterprise Content Management.
- Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Systemware ECM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
