Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the ongoing interface between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role will require exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of your efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experienced network engineer qualified to CCNP level or above
- Advanced level knowledge of Routing and Switching
- Experience of VPN solutions (i.e. Cisco ASA/Firepower/AnyConnect)
- Software Defined Solutions and Network virtualisation (e.g. CISCO ACI / VXLAN)
- Knowledge of working with Firewalling technologies (Fortinet, Juniper)
- Knowledge of Load Balancers (e.g. F5, AVI)
- Experience of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in Radius/TACACS/NAC
- Experience to configuration management tools (Ansible/Python)
- Proficient level knowledge of networking design and documentation (HLD/LLD)

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with common management tools such as Nagios, ThousandEyes, Prometheus Event Monitoring System, Elasticsearch or Splunk.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
- Experience and use of tools traffic analysis tools such as Corvil.
- Experience of Public Cloud solutions (AWS / Azure)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
