Job Description

Job Role

• Provide valuation services to client for variety of purposes
  • Building financial models as per business and industry dynamics
  • Using various valuation techniques like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Market comparable approach etc
  • Identify Comparable companies and compute multiples and benchmarking with peers to compare growth and profitability
  • Create reports conveying the valuation with rationale and detailing about assumptions
  • Conduct ad-hoc research based on instructions provided
• Conduct valuation of client portfolios including loans, equities, NCDs, CCPS, OCPS, derivatives, AIFs etc
  • Analysis of business and its instruments, credit quality, cash flows, discounting rate and covenant monitoring
  • Assessing expected credit loss (ECL) for recovery estimation for defaulted exposures
• Support senior management in ad-hoc assignments
• Keeping track of new trends and updates in the relevant domain area

Qualification and experience

Graduate or Postgraduate – Finance (BCom or MBA with good academic track record)

Fresher with background in Finance

Skills preferred

• Good in understanding Financial Statements
• Proficient in company assessment and valuation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse and anticipate client request, interpret asks and act according to expectations
• Proficient with excel
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn
