As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase credit card acquisitions and market share. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective sales performance. - A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in credit card sales or a similar industry.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for effective sales management.
