Job Description
Responsibilities: • Directly help customers inside the store as well as help with maintaining the store. • Guiding customers to the items they need, remove expiry stock from shelves and replenishing the grocery shelves when items go out of stock • Assisting with the checkout process • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
