Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Assistant Manager - FP&A, reporting directly to FP&A Head to join our Finance team based in Mumbai. Position would work closely with FP&A Head for timely completion of deliverables, in-depth analysis & placing more controls, automation & processes in line.

 

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Dynamic finance professional specialized in financial planning & analysis. Proven track record in driving strategic financial planning and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. 

Work within Reporting & MIS function, responsible for monthly/quarterly closing (IFRS) and MIS

Lead and manage annual operating plan, rolling forecast and projections in line with company long term strategic vision and getting alignment with business stakeholders.

Prepare financial analysis for various “what if” scenarios, sensitivity analysis, identify KPIs and the overall impact to the business.

Develops and maintains strong working relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders; be a trusted advisor and “go-to person” on all financial matters

Responsible for MIS capturing the business and management needs and providing insightful analysis of performance to plan to senior management.

Ensuring compliance to SOX controls, assigned in relation to Reporting.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Advance Excel.
  • Analytical tools like Power Bi.
  • ERP Oracle

 

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant with 6-7 Years of experience.
