Job Description

• Excelled GDS knowledge (1A, 1S, NDC)• Excellent knowledge of using Central Command, Hot files and reconciliation.• Min 2 years of experience on Airline settlement platforms as ARC, BSP• Experience with commission audits, IR exceptions.• Understanding of failure cases in airline settlements• IATA Certification preferred.• Experience of working with or for a Global Travel Management company (TMC)• Understanding of Corporate travel nuances• Flexible with shifts• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Conduct quality related trainings• Understand and abide by the importance of discipline, punctuality & protocol• Ensure all reports are delivered accurately and on time• Acknowledge and communicate effectively with the Client• Conduct trainings/refreshers• Monitor production hours, shrinkage etc.
