ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPERATIONS (ECOMMERCE)

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms and marketplace listings.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer service resolution.

2. Online Sales Growth

• Drive revenue growth across e-commerce channels including company website and third-party marketplaces.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and average order value.
• Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers to increase online sales.

3. Marketplace Management

• Manage listings and performance on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and optimize product visibility through SEO and sponsored ads.

4. Digital Marketing Coordination

• Work closely with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns including paid ads, email marketing, and social media promotions.
• Track campaign performance and optimize marketing spends to improve ROI.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track key e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behavior.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use analytics tools to recommend improvements in product positioning and user experience.

6. Customer Experience

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve online reputation.
• Identify and implement improvements in the digital buying journey.

7. Product & Pricing Management

• Maintain accurate product information including descriptions, images, pricing, and offers.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis.
