Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for residential and commercial projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions
• Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide recommendations for improvements
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
• Review and approve structural design plans created by junior team members
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on structural design matters
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 6 years of experience
