Qualifications: Qualified CA

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in direct tax

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

             

• Adhering to clients’ corporate income tax compliance requirement as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)

• Engaging in corporate tax & M&A Tax & restructuring mandates for clients

• Experience in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions tax (domestic and international tax)

• Prior experience in tax due diligence would be an added advantage

• Prior basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred

• Strong people and client management skills

• Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization
