Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of website maintenance, optimisation, and revamp
• Partner with UI/UX, content, SEO, creative, and tech agencies
• Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, and conversion across key journeys
• Lead content marketing and organic growth initiatives (on-page & off-page)
• Oversee performance marketing creatives and rapid testing for ROI improvement
• Lead AI-based personalised video communication projects
• Coordinate with product, IT, legal, compliance, and senior leadership
• Ensure governance, documentation, budget adherence, and fraud monitoring

Success Metrics:
Website performance & uptime, conversion uplift, organic traffic growth, CTR/CVR/CPL improvement, engagement metrics, on-time project delivery

Profile:
Strong digital marketing and SEO expertise, experience in website revamps and agency management, exposure to MarTech/AI personalisation, data-driven mindset, and ability to own initiatives end-to-end.
