Associate - Administration

The Role

We are seeking a Associate - Administration who will assist in the day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, supporting HR functions, and ensuring efficient communication and workflow within the office.

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset – Having knowledge of administration work and process, Good verbal and written  English, Hindi and Marathi,  MS office, advanced excel, powerpoint and AI tools

Secondary Skillset - Transport and vendor management

Requirements

  • Manage transport operations, vehicle coordination, safety compliance, and records.
  • Oversee housekeeping and security services to maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment.
  • Manage cafeteria operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle vendor management including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
  • Manage travel desk operations (domestic & international air tickets, hotel bookings).
  • Coordinate client visits, events, and meeting room bookings for management.
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor logs and courier records.
  • Support onboarding activities and daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office maintenance and coordinate with housekeeping, security, and vendors.
  • Prepare MIS reports and drive process improvements.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi .
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and vendor management skills.
  • Relevant experience in administration or facilities management preferred.
