Associate-Commercial

What will you do?

  • Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure timely execution of tasks and service levels.
  • Use SAP to generate PAF/PR & GRN, update data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Use of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, charts).
  • Coordinate with finance, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Manage vendor/partner communication and follow-ups for timely delivery and issue resolution.

    • Who should apply for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5+ years of experience in operations special a Tech background.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (any functional module).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, data validation, macros preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational pressure.
