Associate Consultant

Job Summary:

•We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a ACon. In this role, you will work closely with onshore team and clients to understand their business objectives, identify key challenges, and develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving skills and analytical approaches to drive analytical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with onshore team to assess their business needs, goals, and challenges. Support a variety of client specific analytics projects •Handle large volumes of structured( financial and transactional data) and unstructured data to generate insights •Present the insights through visualization tools (Power BI) to succinctly communicate story to key stakeholders. •Work with key stakeholders to develop infrastructure/environment to support large analytical projects using Alteryx and Python

Seek and build relationships to enhance delivery and to better understand, identify, and work through issues across the practice
         

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred •Certifications in Alteryx, PowerBI and Python would be an advantage:

Work experience

•1-3years of experience in the field of Data analytics •Proven experience in management consulting, strategy development, or corporate strategy role.  

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint. •Proficiency in Alteryx •Proficiency in using Python or R. •Proficiency in PowerBI  

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Demonstrate Value creation opportunities for the client •Data Analysis & Interpretation •Competence in statistical methods and tools for regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.. •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
