Associate Consultant - Debt
•Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios•Advanced knowledge of debt and equity markets related to financial modelling and debt covenants•Strong business writing skills•Good understanding of capital markets•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)•Command in using research databases such as Moody’s, Loan Connector, Debtwire, Eikon, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters among others•Prepare debt maturity profiles and briefing notes•Prepare debt and equity markets newsletters•Identify potential debt clients for business development purpose•Structure and prepare pitch books•Structure and prepare sections of lenders presentation•Assist on sell-side lenders education process•Prepare financial models from fund-raising or debt covenants perspectiveDo shadow credit ratings analysis
