Job Summary:

As a Data Management Associate within the Client Account Services team, you ensure client and counterparty data is accurate and up-to-date. You facilitate trading and settlement by managing account reference data and standard settlement instructions. You support strategic initiatives by analyzing, creating, and uplifting data for regulatory and business needs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute documented processes and procedures with minimal supervision
• Lead individuals through the data management lifecycle using data-related tools
• Analyze and document metadata with workflow tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess data quality impacts and document systems of record
• Provide status updates and performance metrics via workflow tools
• Direct activities, monitor details, and set priorities
• Escalate process issues and risks appropriately
• Review root cause analysis and identify best practices
• Document best practices and process improvements
• Achieve common goals through teamwork and collaboration
• Demonstrate dedication and strong work ethic

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Solve problems and analyze data efficiently
• Pay attention to detail and maintain high accuracy
• Create workflows and business requirement documents for automation
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and accept feedback
