Associate Director - Human Resources, Entertainment Content

What will you do?

  • Associate Director, HR works closely with the business and HR teams to provide strategic leadership and support, delivering a world-class employee experience to JioStar’s talent. This includes designing and executing talent strategies in alignment with business strategies, ensuring managers receive the necessary support and facilitating positive employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. You will play an active role in understanding the business, solving problems, and interpreting various workplace situations within the context of talent practices, policies, processes, and employment law. You are a subject matter expert, and/or may manage large-scale key projects across teams, while coaching and directing a team of HR members to achieve business and talent objectives for multiple complex businesses or a large division within a segment.

They act as a bridge between the HR function and various business units in the organization.
