Experience : Over 10 years of experience in domain (OPEX, MRO, Services, Logistics)
Competencies
Technical :
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contracting, and negotiations
- Hands-on experience with RFX processes and e-auctions
- Working knowledge of S2P tools (GEP SMART, Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, or similar)
- Strong analytics and data-driven aptitude, including spend analysis and savings tracking
Behavioural :
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior business leaders
- Ability to drive change and standardization in a multi-site environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
