The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Responsibilities: 1. Develop recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions. 2. Identify and engage top-tier talent in the industry. 3. Collaborate with hiring managers and Recruiters to understand recruitment needs. 4. Utilize various channels and platforms to attract qualified candidates. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence. 6. Use various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche job boards, LinkedIn networking, etc.) to find appropriate candidates for specific positions. 7. Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals. 8. Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge interest level, technical skill set, as well as salary range requirements. 9. Maintain regular communication with hiring teams to anticipate, understand, and fulfil their hiring needs. 10. Maintain complete and accurate documentation. 11. Analyse recruiting pipeline to identify and address issues impacting recruiting effectiveness.

Qualification

• Post graduation or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.

Experience

• 2+ years of Sourcing
