Associate Manager - MEP BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination efforts for structural elements within BIM models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate MEP systems into overall BIM designs
• Review and analyze structural drawings and models to identify clashes and conflicts, providing timely resolutions
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols specific to structural components
• Conduct clash detection tests and coordinate clash resolution meetings with stakeholders
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on BIM software and processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance project delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and codes related to structural design and BIM implementation

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Additional certifications in BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD MEP

Certification required:

• Certification in BIM Management or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
• Demonstrated expertise in MEP systems and BIM coordination
• Proven track record of successfully managing structural design projects
