Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The BA will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure delivery of scalable, user-centric technology solutions.

Job Description 

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Document user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Process Improvement
  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend enhancements using data-driven insights.
  • Identify gaps between current systems and desired outcomes.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive requirement documents, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Testing & Validation
  • Support QA teams in validating solutions against requirements.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure alignment with business goals.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

🌟 Preferred Skills

• Advance Excel 
• Familiarity with API integrations, data analytics, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
