Job Description

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of Forex Card platforms. • Validate multi-currency transactions, currency conversion logic, and exchange rate application. • Test card lifecycle management: • Card issuance • Loading/Reloading • Unloading • Card blocking/unblocking • Expiry & closure • Validate cross-border POS & ATM transactions • Test authorization, clearing, and settlement flows • Work on API testing for integrations with: • Payment gateways • Core banking systems • Card networks (Visa/Mastercard) • Validate AML/KYC compliance rules and transaction monitoring scenarios. • Perform reconciliation testing (Host vs Switch vs Network vs Bank GL). • Prepare test scenarios based on BRD/FRD and regulatory requirements. • Execute SIT/UAT support and coordinate with business teams. • Defect tracking using JIRA/ALM and follow complete defect lifecycle. • Participate in production release validation & post-release checks. Domain Expertise Required • Strong understanding of: • Forex prepaid card systems • Multi-currency wallets • Exchange rate markups • Cross-currency conversion logic• Knowledge of: • Authorization & settlement cycles • Chargebacks & dispute management • Transaction fee calculation • Compliance regulations (FEMA/RBI guidelines preferred) • Exposure to card networks (Visa/Mastercard) transaction lifecycle is an advantage. Technical Skills • SQL (medium level – data validation, reconciliation checks) • API Testing (Postman / Swagger) • Experience with message formats (ISO 8583 preferred) • Basic automation knowledge (Selenium/API automation preferred) • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology • Test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps) Mandatory Experience • 3–5 years of QA experience in Payments/Cards domain • Minimum 2 years in Forex / Prepaid / Travel Card testing • Experience in SIT and UAT coordination • Experience in production support testing is a plus Good to Have • Exposure to switch systems • Knowledge of reconciliation t
