Assistant Manager - NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method) Construction

Asst.Manager-NATM

1. Experience working in NATM/ UG works covering all aspects of Construction
2. Experience in managing team of 1-2 employees, planning and execution of NATM works.
3. Should posses good interpersonal skills.
4. Ensure the following(i) prevention of disintegration of the rock mass; (ii) ascertaining that the additional stresses developing during excavation are received by the rock mass; (iii) monitoring of the behavior of the rock-tunnel system in order to observe the stabilization process
5. Experience in preparing NATM/UG specific method statement
6. Experience implementation of skill training / orientation for field Engineers and frontline supervisors.
7. Liaising with customers on functional matters and ensuring high degree of customer satisfaction.
8. Networking and interfacing with all functions to ensure effective and well-coordinated actions and timely decisions.
9. Enterprising in nature and effective communicator on all functional / project quality related matters.
10. Must have executed at-least 1 NATM package 
11. Ensuring a competent regime for inspection and testing process at projects.
