AVP - Corporate Communication - Marketing - Mumbai - Lower Parel

Major Deliverables: 

- Media Relations & PR:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key media, journalists, and influencers.
  • Manage proactive and reactive media communications, including press releases, interviews, media events, and crisis communication.
  • Work with senior management for all day-to-day media presence and all events
  • Monitor media coverage and track sentiment for continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for improving share of voice in media
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance corporate image and trust.
  • Manage corporate messaging for key announcements, partnerships, leadership profiles, and industry forums.
  • Support leadership team with speeches, presentations, and media interactions.
  • Create high-quality content for press releases, thought leadership articles, newsletters, blogs, social media, and executive communications.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms, aligning with the company’s tone and values.
  • Manage communications for key stakeholders including investors, partners, and regulators, in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Handle crisis management and image management and draft media analysis reports for the top management to take corrective actions

-Corporate Reputation Management:

- Content Development:

  • Manage communications for key stakeholders including investors, partners, and regulators, in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Handle crisis management and image management and draft media analysis reports for the top management to take corrective actions

 

Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum 10 yrs of work experience in corporate communications, PR, journalism, or related fields
  • Strong network of media contacts, especially in business, finance, or relevant industry sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, impactful messages.
  • Experience in managing PR agencies and media monitoring tools.
  • Proven track record in crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Exposure to digital and social media communication is an added advantage.
