Job Description: AVP – Executive Interview (EI) Management
Location: Mumbai

Position Overview
The EI Manager will partner with the Field Operations team in managing and executing field operations projects and providing timely administrative support. This role requires coverage of the US timezone as it involves close coordination with the US teams. The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project cycle, including gathering requirements, coordinating with various teams, ensuring data management and quality control by conducting regular checks, and preparing deliverables in accordance with the overall schedule.
The role requires a high-energy individual who has experience working with multiple teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and being the primary on-the-ground field operations support in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering project requirements, managing the project cycle end-to-end, and client delivery
- Involve in recruiting, replenishing, and managing the onboarding process for new freelance resources.
- Prepare and distribute deliverables, including data quality checks.
- Create status reports and metrics as per stakeholders' and leadership's requirements.
- Ongoing development and support for the Fielding Operations team
- Responsible for managing Invoicing process for different facilities
- Addressing queries from stakeholders, EIs, and consultants in a timely manner
- Recording reconciliation and quality control
- Managing vendors, and stakeholders
Professional Attributes:
- Should have extensive knowledge of working in market research and consulting companies
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills
- Strong project management and team management skills
- Ability to engage with multiple international stakeholders independently and lead discussions to win and execute engagements
- Skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and insight generation are musts.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros).
- Experience with visualization tools would be an added advantage.
- Experience with large, international organizations and interacting across functional areas
Qualifications/ skills
- MBA in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with financial acumen, strong business orientation, and strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, coupled with polished written and verbal communication skills.
- Ready to work in US timezone
- Outstanding time-management skills and experience managing clients across regions
- Exhibit exceptional project management capabilities, coordinating with various organizational teams and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and experience / willingness to learn support software.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and outcome-driven, with an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service and doing the right thing.
- Experience with visualization tools would be an added advantage
