Back Office Associate (Third Party Payroll)

Job Description

1. **Data Checking: **

   - Verify and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

   - Identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.

2. **File Uploading: **

   - Upload and manage files in various systems and databases.

   - Ensure files are correctly categorized and stored according to company protocols.

3. **Reconciliations: **

   - Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy across systems.

   - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

   - Prepare and present reconciliation reports to management.

4. **Documentation and Reporting: **

   - Maintain comprehensive records of data checks, file uploads, and reconciliations.

   - Generate regular reports on data management activities and highlight any issues or trends.

5. Stakeholder Management:

   - Interaction with internal and external stakeholders via mails and calls.

   - Ensuring internal stakeholders requirement are met on timely basis.
