Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan file processing and status updates
- Regular follow-ups with bank officials for approvals and documentation
- Coordinate with customers for pending documents and updates
- Periodic visits to bank branches for file submission and relationship building
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of loan cases
- Ensure smooth processing from login to disbursement
