Back office Executive-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with around 1 year of experience in recruitment. In this role, you will support end-to-end hiring activities, coordinate with hiring managers, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for recurring roles.
2. Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in conducting HR rounds and basic competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate assessments or tests when required.
3. Candidate Management
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Update candidates regarding interview outcomes and next steps.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Update and maintain candidate details in excel.
- Prepare offer letters, collect necessary documents, and manage pre-joining formalities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and recruitment guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
- Exposure to hiring for entry-level to mid-level roles.
Skills:
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic interview and assessment knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (added advantage).
