Banca Relationship Associate

Role & responsibilities:

1. To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition (Demat & trading a/c) numbers and revenue products.
2. To be well versed with products related to equity markets and wealth products.
3. Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees.
4. Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers.
5. Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target.
6. Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Over 2-3 years of experience in Financial Industry preferably
2. Understanding of Indian Capital Market.
3. Proven Team Management experience.

1. Graduate from any stream
2. Able to act independently and should be self-motivated
3. Effective in verbal and written communication and should have time management skills with the ability to act autonomously while being a team player.
4. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
