BBA Trainer -Small Business Enterprise-Sales
As a BBA Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for our sales team. Your expertise will empower our team to enhance their sales strategies, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales managers and product specialists, to design and implement effective training modules. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs remain relevant and impactful.- Job Responsibilities:-
- The BBA Trainer will be responsible for leading training initiatives for the BBA Channel across the West Zone.
- Execute the end‑to‑end learning and development initiatives for the BBA business to improve operational efficiency and business impact.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders for a thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA) to design and curation of effective, technology-enabled learning solutions and content
- Ensure continuous learning across the talent lifecycle by seamlessly blending classroom and digital learning experiences
- Deliver high‑quality learning experiences, systematically capturing participant feedback and assessing business impact to measure overall training effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage monthly training calendars, maintain comprehensive training documentation, and oversee all associated administrative processes.
- Perform key administrative responsibilities, including scheduling training sessions, arranging systems and equipment, and coordinating with learners for batch enrolments.
- Conduct training programs aimed at enhancing sales performance metrics such as productivity, SOP adherence, and overall customer-centric behaviour.
- Ensure that solution‑oriented behaviour, ethical practices, and regulatory standards are consistently embedded in all training interventions, aligning with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular updates to business stakeholders on insights and feedback gathered from training sessions, including competition benchmarking, rejection analysis, and areas requiring intervention.
- Ensure 100% completion of Job Ready parameters—including LMS course tracking, induction attendance, and induction assessments—and share weekly progress updates with business stakeholders.
- Stay current with all newly released policies and ensure their timely and accurate integration into training content and program design.
- Undertake travel to field and business locations (across zone) as necessary for training facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience:-
Min 4-5 years of experience in Business Banking background with a good understanding of Sales.
Skills to be proficient in:-
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong analytical acumen combined with a results‑oriented, execution‑focused approach.
