Recognised as a leader in customer analytics and AI services, Fractal combines deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver measurable business impact Key Responsibilities • Run full background checks (employment, education, address, ID, criminal, references). • Collect and validate candidate documents with high accuracy. • Identify, track, and highlight discrepancies or mismatches. • Follow up with candidates for missing documents or clarifications. • Coordinate with verification team to complete checks. • Maintain BGC trackers and ensure timely case closure. • Prepare periodic BGC status reports for TA teams. • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and compliance. Requirements • 3–4 years of hands-on BGC/verification experience. • Strong knowledge of BGC processes and documentation. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies. • Good communication and follow-up skills. • Experience working with third-party BGV vendors (preferred). • Proficiency in Excelfor tracking and reporting.
