Bidding Specialist
Job Description
- To send cost requests to vendors
- To negotiate and optimize costs and timelines with vendors based on the rate card available.
- Guide and consult the commercial /Seller on the best vendor options, fielding options in alignment with FC, vendor, and historical study experiences.
- Manage the study budget and raise flags for an increase in cost threshold to PC and commercial. Keep the Ops lead in the loop.
- Due time and ensure corrective actions are taken..
- Vendor FW payment updating on NielsenIQ portals.
- Understand and implement all NielsenIQ internal protocols.
- Willingness to learn and should have a positive attitude toward work.
- Disciplined work ethics with respect to client deadlines.
Qualifications
● Graduate with minimum two years’ experience in Market Research Industry
● Effective communication skills
● Team player
● Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to details
● ● Fluency in English,
● Plus, point: knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
