Roles and Responsibilities • estimating the quantity of different works as per drawings. • checking the quantities claimed by the contractor • for certificate of bills get updates from Project Managers/ Quality Engineers for quality • to measure (if required take inputs from concerned PM/APM/Engineer) and obtained quality records from the concerned staff for certifying contractors bills. • Assist PM for any requirement regarding bill quantity, measurement & verification for the area of the site work allotted to him. • to sort out contractors problem related to site, Billing & Payment • Check quantum of work stated in bill against actual work done • Generate debit note in case of wastage exceeding norm and sending to HO billing along with the bill • Amend the work order and material order based on changes in the proposed work to be done (quantities of work to be done or new items required) • Ensure timely MIS & Reporting Prepare reconciliation statement of materials supplied to contractor • Liaise with site and suppliers in case of discrepancies in delivery, rates, etc. • Conduct random verification of material at site with the objective of assessing compliance of suppliers as per agreed terms and conditions Calculate variations in infrastructural works material used. • Tender floating on the basis for interior designing & execution work for office space • Implementation of Quality check formats as per requirement and make sure procedure should be monitored. • Rate analysis on every aspects in contrast to (Received quotation) • Generation of running bills and make payments for measured work. • Management approvals for any supplementary piece of work • Vendor payment as per material received, services and compared to work done Desired Candidate Profile • Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. • Diploma/Graduation/Post graduation - (B.Tech) Civil/ B.Arch or ( B.Sc Interior design) • 5-10 years of experience Civil and Interior
