Responsibilities

Purpose: The Architect - BIM will play a crucial role in the Real Estate, Hotel, and High Rise Building industry, leading the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction. The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in BIM design coordination, especially using REVIT software for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Architecture or BE in Civil engineering, along with a proven track record of successful BIM implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Lead Architect - BIM will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the BIM implementation process within the organization
• Developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and standards
• Overseeing BIM design coordination and model integration
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements
• Providing training and guidance to project team members on BIM software and workflows
• Ensuring compliance with industry BIM standards and best practices
• Participating in the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in the Real Estate, Hotel, and High Rise Building industry
• Proven experience in Building Information Modeling and digital construction
• Demonstrated experience in leading BIM implementation
• Expertise in BIM Design Coordination
• Proficiency in using REVIT – Architecture / Structure / MEP

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor of Architecture or BE - Civil

Certification required:

• Professional certification in BIM (preferred)
