1)     Sales - Initiate suitable activities to exceed the set business targets of the branch

2)     Ensure to have highest Customer Satisfaction Ratings

3)     Motivate and encourage team to reach out the set targets

4)     Follow the SOP’s stipulated

5)     Stocks – Ensure availability of suitable and maintain adequate stock level

a.      Review periodically the stock levels

b.      Identify and report the ageing stocks

6)     Ensure proper communication within the team and outside

7)     Review on regular basis the performance of the branch and team members and report
