Branch Setup Team Member

Branch setup Role is key owner of strategy, roadmap. The role involves comprehensive understanding of all the key stakeholders viz ; technology, regulator; organization, channels. Role requires understanding of the Excel and a thorough follow-ups with the stakeholders.

1. Managing all branch launches and active interface with various department of the bank 
2. MIS collation & support the branch setup team with tracking progress on status of upcoming new branches.
3. Coordinating with HR to track movement on manpower hiring and requirement of resources for all new branch launches.
4. Activities  like area  mapping activity , trackers assets activities of the new Branches  at pan India level 
5. Launch tracker on current execution plan & data collating on new annual expansion plans.
6. Data collection of center population competition network and business nos.
7. Coordination with INFRA, IT, Legal, BSG, training, marketing, process, HR, SMS Team, FINCON, vendor, retail assets, all group companies & synergy business activity.
8. Liaising with  compliance for regulatory requirement / formulation of expansion plan
9. Tracking on infra work on current project deadline on new launches.
10. Coordinating with marketing for launch  activity  and business activation exercise
11. Updating on Kotak Intranet with the live branches details.
