New Opportunity at Nykaa: Brand Manager, Marketing– Kay Beauty (Mumbai)

Are you passionate about beauty and ready to shape the future of one of India’s fastest-growing makeup brands? Kay Beauty- India’s first celebrity makeup brand by Katrina Kaif, is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive accelerated growth. You will be part of the Nykaa Owned Brands team.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Business Growth:Own the brand’s topline targets, marketing budgets, and strategic initiatives to sustain high growth.
• Lead Campaigns:Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from creative development to channel activation.
• Creative Excellence:Oversee compelling content, celeb shoots, and brand storytelling while maintaining premium consistency.
• Omnichannel Execution:Optimize marketing activations across digital, retail, and BTL channels to maximize engagement.
• Data-Driven Decisions:Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present insights to innovation & key management stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• 6-8 years of brand/marketing experience (beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong expertise in campaign management, creative collaboration, and digital marketing.
• Analytical, strategic, and passionate about beauty trends and innovation.
• A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• MBA from a top B school
