Brand Sales Manager – AD Sales
Role Overview
As a Brand Sales Manager – AD Sales, you will be responsible for building strategic brand partnerships and driving advertising revenue through innovative and targeted campaigns inside residential communities powered by NoBrokerHood.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-potential brands for direct ad sales and partnerships.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and post-sale servicing.
- Design customized advertising solutions across NoBrokerHood’s digital and offline assets (app, kiosks, notice boards, events, etc.).
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Keep a close watch on competitor activity and industry trends to ensure NoBrokerHood’s ad offerings remain ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in Ad Sales, preferably in digital or OOH advertising.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the media ecosystem, agency landscape, and brand dynamics.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly organized.
