What would you do? You will be responsible for overseeing planning, procurement, and distribution activities while implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency. This includes managing and processing commercial vehicle warranty claims within the defined turnaround time, investigating claim issues, coordinating recovery, and determining appropriate liability for claim failures. As part of the Supply Chain Management team, you will help optimize end-to-end supply chain performance by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve profitability. Your work will support the efficient flow of goods and services and contribute to transforming raw materials into finished products. Within Warranty Management, you will define warranty programs, manage outsourced after-sales support and entitlement processes, and analyze customer feedback. You will assess planned versus actual warranty costs, use data analytics to reduce expenses and improve product quality, and boost recoveries from suppliers. Additionally, you will support the development and deployment of warranty solutions and conduct verification and analysis of warranty claims using internal and external resources.

Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly production reports for the team, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Conduct quality audits to maintain compliance with established standards and identify improvement opportunities. Verify and analyze warranty claims using available external resources such as dealer portals, parts catalogs, and sales data. Manage the warranty claim process by validating troubleshooting details and supporting aftermarket service supply chain activities. Contribute to operational efficiency and value creation, helping clients achieve significant returns—realizing approximately $5 in value for every $1 spent on the services provided.
