What would you do? Level Agreement. Main Responsibilities: • Initial review of all claims which are pended for manual review. • Return claims to Dealers and resolve questions on returned claims and claim entry • Take final action as per delegation of Authority • Investigate and verify warranty claims based on available external support resources (Parts catalog, Dealer Assist & Standard labor time) & take appropriate decision • Review warranty claim documentation provided by an Automotive Dealership for completeness and accuracy Level Agreement. Required Skills - • Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering graduation (typically 1-2 years of workshop experience). • Experience within an automotive dealership as a field service engineer, service writer or warranty administrator. • Experience in automotive claims handling (repair order, claims assessment, pre-authorization, or warranty audits). • Knowledge of automotive diagnosis (mechanical and electronic) and the after-sales process. • Knowledge of technical documentation (e.g., technical manuals, service bulletins, recall campaigns).
